Do you have an estimated lead time?
We operate on a just in time basis – so we can only give an estimated lead time until the order is paid for, and the sheet materials are in stock (if they are not from our standard range). We will always keep you informed on estimated time frames.
At the moment, we are able to despatch orders in birch ply finish within two weeks.
Lead times on laminate finishes depend on colour and manufacturer as we are dependent on their lead times. We can advise you of the best ranges for speed if you have a particular colour in mind.
How do you price custom designs?
Please contact us if you have a plan and component list including: doors, panels, and plinths – we can offer a pricing from this.
Is it possible to co-ordinate with The Life of Ply on design timescales?
If you are working with an architect (if you’ve had an extension) or a builder, we are happy to liaise with them around timescales.
Can I contact a member of the team to discuss design ideas?
Of course! We encourage our customers to discuss their design ideas with us including any inspiration they have behind the design.
With ideas we can produce a basic 3D model for you to view on your phone of design ideas – we do charge an additional one-off price of £150 for this service.
